We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Intern

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR intern to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our HR team to support a range of HR functions, including database management, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR tasks as delegated.
  • This internship is designed to provide you with valuable real-world experience in HR and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers.
  • Support preparation and formatting of training materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate training logistics, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
  • Assist with post-training evaluations and preparation of summary reports.
  • Maintain and update HR documents, employee records, and client files.
  • Conduct HR research and benchmarking to support consulting projects.
  • Support development of HR policies, templates, competency frameworks, and client reports.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to HR consultants and participate in internal meetings and assignments.
  • Perform other related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
